Valentine’s Day will bring more than just candy and flowers to the Quad-Cities. The National Weather Service is forecasting a breezy day with a chance of rain and snow after noon with increasing clouds and a high near 42 degrees.

Snow is likely tonight mainly before midnight. The overnight low will be around 18 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent with new snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.
