Parents with children in second grade and older are invited to a talk about bullying, how to identify it, prevent it and defend against it during a program from 6-8 p.m. Monday in the Fellowship Hall at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2136 N. Brady St., Davenport.

The speaker is Gabriella van Ris, author and activist. Doors open at
