This afternoon will be sunny  and blustery with a high near 22 degrees. West winds will be at around 20 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph.
Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around 9 degrees. Wind chill values could be as low as zero. Northwest winds will be around 10-15 mph decreasing to 5-10 mph after midnight. Winds could gust up to 25 mph.
Flood warnings continue for the Wapsipinicon River near DeWitt. The river was at 11.5 feet this morning. Flood stage is 11 feet. The river is expected to crest Thursday evening.
Thursday will be sunny with a high near 31 degrees and a low around 17 degrees.
