A good Friday to all. You’re waking up to 25 degrees and fair skies. Here’s what is on tap today.

Skies will be mostly sunny with a high near 38 degrees. Tonight brings a 40 percent chance of rain after midnight with temperatures holding steady at 35 degrees.

For your weekend, the National Weather Service is forecasting rain for Saturday with a high near 42 degrees. New precipitation amounts will be in the neighbor of a quarter to half of an inch.

Saturday night brings more rain and areas of fog. The low will be around 39 degrees.

And remember don’t forget to set your clock ahead an hour before going to bed Saturday as the nation “springs forward” and daylight-saving time begins.

For Sunday more rain is likely before noon, then a chance of rain and snow. Otherwise the day will be cloudy with a high near 41 degrees and a low around 24 degrees.
