Good afternoon, Quad-Cities. Here is your National Weather Service.

This afternoon there is a 30 percent chance of isolated showers then scattered showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny with a high near 76 degrees. Northeast winds will be around 5 mph becoming calm.

Tonight there is a 30 percent chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms before 10 p.m. then isolated showers between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. Skies will be partly cloudy with a low around 59 degrees. Calm winds will become south at around 5 mph in the evening.

Thursday there is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Skies will be partly sunny with a high near 81 degrees. East winds will be around 5-10 mph becoming south in the afternoon.

Thursday night will be partly cloudy with a low around 63 degrees.

Flood warnings continue until 4 a.m. July 8. Here is a look at area river levels:

The Mississippi River at Locks and Dam 15 in Rock Island was at 17.53 feet this morning. Flood stage is 15 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 17.5 feet this afternoon.

The Mississippi River at Muscatine was at 19.7 feet this morning. Flood stage is 16 feet. The river is forecast to remain at 19.7 feet this afternoon.

The Mississippi River at New Boston, Ill., was at 19.96 feet this morning. Flood stage is 15 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 19.9 feet this afternoon.

The Rock River at Moline was at 13.13 feet this morning. Flood stage is 12 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 13.1 feet this afternoon.

The Wapsipinicon River near DeWitt, Iowa, was at 12.75 feet this morning. Flood stage is 11 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 12.7 feet this afternoon.

The Cedar River near Conesville, Iowa, was at 14.27 feet this morning. Flood stage is 13 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 14.1 feet this afternoon.

The Iowa River at Columbus Junction, Iowa, was at 20.13 feet this morning. Flood stage is 19 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 20 feet this afternoon.

The Iowa River at Wapello, Iowa, was at 22.46 feet this morning. Flood stage is 20 feet. The river is forecast to drop to 22.4 feet this afternoon.
