The Black Hawk State Historic Site in Rock Island will host a moonlight Valentine’s Day walk from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday. Visitors can stroll along a nature trail illuminated by luminaria. Inside the lodge, lovebirds can keep warm by the fire, snack on doughnuts and cider or hot cocoa and enjoy music by Just4Fun. The family-friendly event is free and sponsored by the park and Citizens to Preserve Black Hawk Park Foundation. For more information, call 309-788-9536 or visit www.blackhawkpark.org.
