Heritage Woods of Moline will hold an open house Wednesday in honor of Illinois' Supportive Living Week this week.

The public is invited to tour Heritage Woods, 5500 46th Ave., to receive free information on the Supportive Living program for seniors.

Supportive Living communities throughout the state are opening their doors Wednesday for a statewide open house, designed to raise awareness of the success and affordability of the Supportive Living Program. Heritage Woods of Moline will offer tours from 2-4 p.m. The family-friendly event will feature live music, a bounce house, snow cones, cotton candy, information and tours.

Moline Mayor Scott Raes will be on hand at 10:30 a.m. to recognize and provide support to local supportive living residents.
