Looks like there is trick or treat times of anywhere from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., chances are your unlisted town will probally be somewhere close to those hours. If in doubt there are a few things you can do, first you can think back to the time you were little and try to remember about what time of the evening you went out trick or treating. The second and probally most fool proof way is to look to see if there are other trick or treaters out an about. If it's 10:00 a.m. Thursday and no one is out there's probally a good chance it has started yet.

Nothing for Dewitt, Grand Mound either?

Mister Know It All
Mister Know It All

Why doesn't Davenport wise up and Trick or Treat on the 31st?

A lot more Davenport kids head other towns by the van load to Trick or Treat that night than attend the Parade.

And Davenporters get the pleasure of the same routine the night before.

What about Blue Grass and Buffalo???
