Trinity offers heart disease program: Trinity is offering low-income residents of Rock Island County a heart disease prevention program consisting of free cholesterol tests, education and coaching to help those who may have heart problems decrease their risk for a heart attack or stroke.

The next enrollment opportunity for H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Everyone Access heaRt Treatment) will be 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, at the Moline Public Library, 3210 41st St.
