An Affordable Utilities Forum and free lunch, presented by AARP, will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at the i wireless Center, Moline. 

National and state AARP consumer advocates will help consumers learn how to get engaged in monitoring utility costs and keeping their rates as affordable as possible.

The luncheon program is open to the public as well as to AARP Iowa and Illinois members. Advance reservations are requested by 5 p.m. today. To attend, call toll-free 1-877-926-8300.
