Having read several letters to the editor the last couple weeks from conservative readers angered by a presumed “liberal” slant at the Times, I felt compelled to respond.
I found this interesting as a reader of 50-plus years, and viewed the Times as for the most part, a conservative media outlet in their beginnings. This got me to wondering? Has the Times ever published its political endorsements through the decades in chronological order?
To see that in print might put some perspective on how conservative or liberal the Times has been through the ages.
