LAKELAND, Fla. (AP) -- Matt Hall tossed six scoreless innings, leading the Lakeland Flying Tigers over the St. Lucie Mets in a 2-1 win on Thursday.

Gerson Moreno struck Dale Burdick out with a runner on second to end the game for his fifth save of the season.

Hall allowed four hits while striking out four and walking two.

St. Lucie tied the game 1-1 in the seventh after Burdick hit an RBI double, driving in Wuilmer Becerra.

The Flying Tigers grabbed the lead in the eighth inning when Wade Hinkle hit an RBI single, driving in Ross Kivett.

Bryan Garcia (1-0) got the win with 1 2/3 innings of scoreless, two-hit relief while Cameron Griffin (0-2) took the loss in the Florida State League game.

For the Mets, Burdick doubled and singled.
