JUPITER, Fla. (AP) -- Ryan Helsley and Estarlin Arias combined for a shutout as the Palm Beach Cardinals beat the Florida Fire Frogs 8-0 on Friday.

Helsley (3-2) picked up the win after he struck out four and walked one while allowing seven hits over 7 2/3 scoreless innings. Enderson Franco (0-2) went six innings, allowing three runs and nine hits in the Florida State League game. He also struck out one and walked one. Arias pitched 1 1/3 scoreless innings for his first save of the season.

Palm Beach went up 2-0 in the fourth after Darren Seferina hit an RBI single, driving in Shane Billings.

The Cardinals later added a run in the sixth and five in the eighth to put the game away.

Billings doubled and singled, scoring two runs in the win.

For the Fire Frogs, Braxton Davidson doubled and singled. Anfernee Seymour singled three times. Florida was held off the scoreboard for the sixth time this season, while the Palm Beach staff recorded its fourth shutout of the year.
