Back breaker: Anel De Los Santos' two-out single in the 11th sends Cedar Rapids to a victory over Quad-Cities on Monday. Quad-Cities' Dave Carpenter began the inning with two straight walks. A one-out single by Matt Crawford loaded the bases. Carpenter then struck out Dwayne Bailey before allowing the walk to De Los Santos.
Forcing extras: Quad-Cities forced extra innings by tying the score in the ninth inning. Jose Garcia drew a bases-loaded walk, forcing in the tying run with two outs.
Missed chances: The Bandits had runners on first and third with no outs in the 10th but couldn't score. They also had a leadoff single in the 11th but couldn't convert.
Up next: Quad-Cities and Cedar Rapids conclude their four-game series tonight at 6:30 p.m.

Big inning: Kane County used a big first inning, scoring five runs on five hits. Stephen Parker had the big blast of the inning, connecting on a three-run home run.
Game-winner: Leonardo Gil scores the game-winning run after Michael Spina grounds into a force out.
Rally time: Clinton got within a run in the fifth inning on Scott Savastano's double. Clinton also threatened to score in the sixth after getting runners on second and third with two outs but Luis Nunez grounded out to end the inning.
