Lansing 4, Clinton 3: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, two runs scored and an RBI as the Lugnuts opened a three-game series in Clinton with a victory.
After a two-run first by Lansing, the LumberKings scored the next three with a run in the bottom of the first and two in the third on back-to-back RBI hits by Anthony Jimenez and Joe Rizzo.
Lansing tied it in the fourth and went ahead for good in the fifth on Christian Williams double that scored Guerrero.
