The Quad-Cities River Bandits were held to two hits in a 2-0 loss at Bowling Green on Monday to open a six-game road trip.

Bowling Green starter Ethan Clark combined with two relievers to strike out 11 as the River Bandits (15-14) dropped their third in a row.

Jesus Sanchez tripled and scored in the fourth on a single by Michael Brosseau, who later scored on an RBI single by Adrian Rondon for the game's lone runs.

Q-C starter Enoli Paredes (0-2) last six innings, allowing two runs on four hits.

Alexander De Goti and Randy Cesar had the lone hits for the Bandits.

Lansing 4, Clinton 3: Vladimir Guerrero Jr. went 3-for-3 with a pair of doubles, two runs scored and an RBI as the Lugnuts opened a three-game series in Clinton with a victory.

After a two-run first by Lansing, the LumberKings scored the next three with a run in the bottom of the first and two in the third on back-to-back RBI hits by Anthony Jimenez and Joe Rizzo.

Lansing tied it in the fourth and went ahead for good in the fifth on Christian Williams double that scored Guerrero.
