STORYLINES

• Iowa claimed its second victory of the Big Ten season on Tuesday, leading from beginning to end in an 85-67 conquest of Wisconsin. Tyler Cook and Luka Garza shared scoring honors with 17 points apiece, and Garza also collected a career-high 16 rebounds. Jordan Bohannon had a season-best 11 assists.

• Iowa’s Fran McCaffery is seeking the 400th victory of his career. McCaffery currently is 399-289, 148-112 during his eight years at Iowa. He claimed the 300th victory of his career against Nebraska in the final regular season game of 2012-13.

• Nebraska, which claimed a 60-54 victory over Rutgers on Wednesday, has been bolstered by the addition of transfers James Palmer Jr. (Miami) and Isaac Copeland (Georgetown) this season and has a third transfer, Anton Gill (Louisville), in the starting lineup. The Cornhuskers lead the Big Ten in 3-point defense but are last in rebounding margin.
