1. Annawan (13-2, LW: 1)

Owen Landwehr poured in 16 points while Brendan Shaw and Jacob Wolf also scored double figures for the Class 1A fourth-ranked Braves in a win over United. Landwehr had 18 points in Annawan's victory over Byron last week.

2. Northeast (10-1, LW: 2)

Ranked eighth in Iowa Class 2A, coach Travis Eversmeyer's team suffered its first setback, a 58-55 road loss to unbeaten Cascade on Tuesday. Luke Empen is averaging 16.4 points and 10.7 rebounds while shooting 58 percent.

3. Wapello (10-1, LW: 3)

The only glitch has been a double-overtime road loss to Highland. Trenton Massner leads four players in double figures at 20.5 points per game, and the Indians are shooting 44 percent from behind the 3-point line.

4. Camanche (8-3, LW: 5)

The Indians have lost two games by a point and another by nine. They ride a four-game win streak into tonight's home league game. Cameron Soenksen is averaging 19.6 points per game, and Dev Patel is recording 16.3.

5. Mercer County (11-3, LW: 4)

Quinton King, who recently eclipsed 1,000 career points, had 23 points and Anthony Ruggles and Jaden Dellitt each had a dozen in the Golden Eagles' 80-70 win over Princeville. Mercer County scored 29 points in the fourth quarter.
