1. United Township (14-2, LW: 1)

The Panthers stumbled to Quest Charter on Friday 55-51, but rebounded with a 69-45 victory against Pekin on Saturday. Coach Ryan Webber's team placed third in the Pekin Insurance Holiday tournament.

2. Bettendorf (6-2, LW: 2)

The Bulldogs have won five of their last six games with the exception a last-second loss to United Township. Bettendorf is allowing only 41.3 points per game in the last six outings, best among MAC schools.

3. Moline (10-6, LW: 5)

After taking fourth place at Pekin, Moline beat University High on Friday. The Maroons are developing more depth with Nolan Griffin becoming a reliable shooting option off bench.

4. North Scott (6-2, LW: not ranked)

A game back of Bettendorf for the conference lead, North Scott opened the post-holiday schedule with 64-50 win against Central. Corvon Seales had a game-high 18 points and Drew Boffeli chipped in 15.

5. Davenport Central (5-3, LW: 3)

In the midst of a two-game losing streak, Central scored only two points in the opening quarter of Friday's loss to North Scott. The Blue Devils are shooting just 50 percent from the foul line in the past two games.
