1. Annawan (8-0, LW: 1)

Annawan beat Prophetstown last Wednesday 60-36, giving coach Jason Burkiewicz his 200th win. The Bravettes pounced on Monmouth United 73-39 Monday as Jayde VanHyfte scored 28 points and joined the 2,000-point club for her career.

2. Geneseo (4-1, LW: 3)

The Leafs have been idle since suffering their only loss on Nov. 21 to Annawan. The Leafs are led by Hannah Himmelman and Jane Thomas. Geneseo will represent Illinois in the fifth of seven games at the IHMVCU Shootout next month.

3. Bellevue (4-2, LW: 2)

The Comets had their four-game win streak snapped Tuesday night against Cascade, 61-50. Giana Michels and Camryn Reeg are averaging double figures for Bellevue, which is averaging more than 10 steals a game.

Next up: Friday vs. Northeast; Saturday vs. Bellevue Marquette

4. Camanche (3-1, LW: 4)

The Indians have been dominant the last two games, rolling past Tipton 57-30 and Monticello 47-40. Marly Bussa had 24 points and six steals against Tipton. Lea Lefebure collected 15 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks versus Monticello.

Next up: Friday at Cascade; Tuesday at Wilton

5. Wilton (4-1, LW: 5)

Wilton was tripped up by Cascade last Friday, 49-31, but rebounded with a 79-50 rout over Louisa-Muscatine. Emily Lange is averaging 16.2 points a game while Aubrey Putman and Kortney Drake are tallying 14.8 and 14.6 points per game. The Beavers are averaging 16 free throw makes per game.
