The top-ranked team in Illinois Class 1A recently won the small school State Farm Holiday Classic. Led by Jayde VanHyfte, the Bravettes have a 40-game win streak. She had 27 points in Monday's win over Princeville.

2. Geneseo (9-7, LW: 2)

Coach Scott Hardison's team went 1-3 at the State Farm Holiday Tournament and lost by 14 points to North Scott in the IHMVCU Shootout. The Leafs rebounded with a 10-point win over Ottawa on Tuesday night.

3. Bellevue (9-3, LW: 3)

After being idle for 10 days, the 2A 10th-ranked Comets play five times in the next nine days. Giana Michels, Camryn Reeg and Emma Kelchen average double figures for Bellevue, which hasn't lost back-to-back games this season.

4. Camanche (9-3, LW: NR)

The 3A 11th-ranked Indians have won four straight. Balance has been the theme recently, placing five in double figures twice and four in the victory against Durant. Marly Bussa averages a team-best 13.4 points.

5. Riverdale (14-6, LW: 4)

The Rams dropped their first Three Rivers Conference game Monday at Erie, 41-35. Despite forcing 27 turnovers, Riverdale fell behind by 16 points in the first half and was playing catch-up for the rest of the game.
