During the final three minutes of halftime, Club Hope plans to release balloons in honor of Peters.
Peters recently passed away. Members of Maquoketa's Club Hope program became associated with Peters through the local Dance Marathon that honors children that have used the University of Iowa Children's Hospital in some capacity.
