    Quad-City Senior Olympics has arts and athletic events scheduled Thursday through Saturday. For $15 (includes T-shirt, registration, vendor fair, dinner and snacks), it's the biggest bargain around, said co-chair Lisa Z. Killinger. A performing arts competition at 7 p.m. today at Tri-City Jewish Center, Rock Island, will include 15 single, duet or group acts. Bone and spoon playing Richard Hengle and Quad-Cities Cloggers dance group will be among the performers.
