Mill Creek Parkway in Clinton will be closed from 13th Avenue North to Lincoln Way (U.S. 30) until Wedneday for concrete patching.

Only local traffic from Lincoln Way to the Wild Rose Casino and Hampton Inn is permitted. Only semis are allowed into the industrial area (including Nestle Purina, Egging Co., Clausen Co. and UFP Technologies).

The intersections of Valley West Drive, Harts Mill Road, 2nd Avenue South and 13th Avenue North will remain open to traffic during the construction.

Southbound traffic on Mill Creek Parkway will be detoured around the work zone via 13th Avenue North, Springdale Drive, Bluff Boulevard and Manufacturing Drive. There is no access to Mill Creek Parkway from U.S. 30. Traffic will be detoured north using U.S. 30/67. Mill Creek Parkway will be re-opened to traffic during the afternoon Wednesday.

    It's not a bypass.
    It's an expressway.
