Like a house guest who has worn out their welcome, it's time for Old Man Winter to go. We've had enough. No mas.

Unfortunately, he's having none of that.

When you open the door today, you'll encounter below zero temps. It's already -13 degrees and expected to drop even more. A number of schools are closed or delaying the start of classes because of the brutal weather.

A National Weather Service wind chill advisory is in effect until noon today because wind chill values are expected to reach the -30 degree level thanks to a wind from the northwest.

This type of weather means roads are slippery, particularly on bridges and overpasses. So use you heads this morning when out on that morning commute.

Today's forecast calls for mostly sunny skies but don't expect things to warm up that much. A high of near 6 degrees will be it. Wind chill values will be as low as -30.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with a low around -9 degrees and wind chill values as low as -25 degrees.

Please, Mr. Winter. Pack up and leave. We've had enough.
