Bid Process: Sealed bids must be submitted to Parszewski, PO BOX 12. DeWitt,
Iowa 52742 no later than 12 noon Thursday, December 5, 2019. Each sealed bid must
contain the following: a separate envelope per parcel containing a check in the amount
of $5,000.00, made out to Drew Chambers, TRUST ACCOUNT, for each parcel bid. List
the property title, the parcel number, the total price bid for said parcel. No combination
parcel bids or per acre bids will be accepted. Enclosed in each bid should be contact name,
address and phone number of bidder.
Non-winning bidders will be notified and returned their original check within 2 weeks.
Terms for sale of Real Estate: Prorated property taxes will apply to closing date and full
balance will be due at closing. Property sold “as is, where is” with no warranty. Sellers will
provide clear and merchantable title. Information furnished is assumed true, correct, and
reliable. Buyers should rely on their own information after inspection and research of the
property. In the event of a tie bid, only those involved in that tie will have the opportunity to
advance their offer. Owners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
