MRA — the Management Association will host an event next month to prepare business owners for workforce planning in 2019 and beyond.
From 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Nov. 6, experts will discuss how to deal with the workforce shortage at the MRA Conference Center, 3800 Avenue of the Cities, Moline. With population rates projected to fail to meet the hiring needs of employers, business owners can gain practical insights on how to compete for limited resources and attract talent, according to the news release.
Sessions include: How technology is changing the recruitment process; key performance indicator; secrets to retention; candidate experiences; trends in performance evaluation; and managing the talent supply chain.
