After a night of glitter and glamour, song and dance with the theme of The Greatest Show on Earth, a new Miss Iowa's Outstanding Teen was crowned Friday night.

Jessica Baker, Miss Henry County Outstanding Teen, took the crown and will represent Iowa in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageant in Orlando, Fla., in August.

Baker, 16, of Coralville, is the daughter of Joel Baker and Jennifer Cole-Baker. She is a sophomore at West High School. Her platform is "Character Counts!" Her talent is baton twirl.

First Runner-up is Miss Des Moines Outstanding Teen, Alicia Jennings, 16, of West Burlington.

Second Runner-up is Miss Johnson County Outstanding Teen, Aly Olson, 16, of Des Moines. Olson also won the Academic Excellence Award.

Third Runner-up is Miss Linn County Outstanding Teen, Cassandra Claeys, 17, of Maquoketa.

Fourth Runner-up is Miss Cedar River Outstanding Teen, Leah Bunkers, 15, of Newton.

The non-finalist talent winners are Miss Burlington Outstanding Teen Heather Crandall, 15, of Burlington, whose talent is tap dance, and Miss Muscatine Outstanding Teen Richelle Orr, 16, of Hampton, whose talent is lyrical dance.

Miss Iowa 2009 will be crowned tonight at the Capitol Theatre. Miss Iowa will represent the state at the Miss America Pageant.
