"The current annual salaries including allowances and start dates for the requested positions are listed (above). In addition to the salaries listed, employees are offered a competitive benefits package. Benefits for non-elected personnel include a deferred compensation plan contribution ranging from 4-6 percent of the employee’s salary and a retirement health savings plan contribution ranging from 1-3 percent of the employee’s salary. All employees are eligible for IPERS or MFPRSI, dependent upon classification, and are eligible for health insurance coverage with a city contribution range of $11,000 to $24,000 depending on selected coverage type (i.e. single, family, etc.)."
