An East Moline man is accused of hurting another person by striking him.
David B. Garwood, 24, has been charged with aggravated battery, according to Rock Island County court records. He is accused of hitting the victim on Nov. 22 in Rock Island, causing a laceration and bleeding.
Garwood was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Nov. 22 at the intersection of 18th Street and 2nd Avenue, according to Rock Island Police Department reports. A more detailed time and location for the alleged attack was not available Friday.
He was free on $10,000 bail, according to court records. His next court date is scheduled for Tuesday.
