Describe a classroom learning experience you’ll remember forever: One of my favorite classroom experiences would have to be in my anatomy class last year. Our teacher took us to Sauk Valley Community College in order to get a chance to see a cadaver lab. I was extremely unsure of how I would react to the cadaver but it ended up being a very cool learning experience. I got the chance to hold a heart and a lung, but above all I was able to actually see everything that we had learned about in class. To me, this was extremely interesting. We did other activities there as well, but the cadaver lab is something that I will never forget. In fact, this experience changed my life and helped solidify that pre-med was a good route for me.

Describe a classroom learning experience you’ll remember forever: I can't really choose just one classroom experience. i have had the pleasure of having many wonderful teachers and I can't seem to pick one. I have had wonderful elementary school teachers that inspire me. Middle school teachers to help me grow. As well as high school teachers that have helped me become the man I am today. That is why, sadly, I cannot choose just one classroom learning experience.

Vocational Education

ADAM HODGE, son of Steve Hodge and Melinda Hodge of Fulton, plans to enlist in the United States Air Force.

Top achievements:

• Honor Roll, 4 years

• High Honor Roll

• Current enlistment in the Air Force

Describe a classroom learning experience you’ll remember forever: I am very grateful for being able to attend Fulton High School. One of the many things that will stick with me for forever from Fulton High is Mr. Snyder's Welding and Electricity classes. With Industrial Arts classes I don't think that one experience could stick out because of all the hands-on learning that you do. Mr. Snyder does a great job with teaching students by providing them with on the spot learning experiences that I particularly love. These classes I will always remember because they are enjoyable and educational all at once. Metals and Electricity classes weren't required ones by any means, but they have definitely provided me with great knowledge in the industrial arts. With the experience from Metals class and Electricity class, I hope to be able to carry it over into my next chapter in life with the United States Air Force.
