BUFFALO, Iowa - Memorial services for Michael B. Pellin, 57, of Buffalo, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at the Cunnick-Collins Mortuary chapel in Davenport. Cremation rites were accorded. Family will greet friends from 9 a.m. until the time of service on Wednesday at the mortuary. Mr. Pellin died on Saturday, May 8, 2010, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Michael Bradley Pellin was born in Davenport on January 13, 1953, the son of John and Laura (Farrell) Pellin. He served in the United States Navy. On October 15, 1991, he married Mary Speidel in Pennsylvania. Most recently he was employed by Sara Lee but had previously worked at Blue Grass Steel and Wonderbread. Mr. Pellin thoroughly enjoyed fishing, reading, and watching the Green Bay Packers.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Pellin of Buffalo; a daughter, Roxanna (Andrew) Scott of Vienna, Va.; a stepson, Joseph A. Frederick of Carlisle, Pa.; and a sister, Roxanna.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
