An attempt to assemble the largest orchestra the Quad-Cities has ever seen took place Sunday, and John Schultz was there to capture photos of the "Big Bang Orchestra." Linda Cook reports the first "Community Wide Side-by-Side" performance ended a weekend of Quad-City Symphony Orchestra festivities.
- Davenport Mayor Frank Klipsch said Monday that opening the previously behind-closed-doors Tuesday briefings for aldermen is "the next step in the process" to improve transparency since he took office in January. Brian Wellner has more on the story.
