A Nevada truck driver was ticketed for failure to obey a traffic control device when the Volvo semitractor-trailer he was driving became another victim of the truck-eating bridge at 2:28 p.m. A crew from Fred's Towing, Davenport, removed the vehicle and the trailer, which was empty.
