Barb Ickes commented on Bettendorf to pay $50,000 to outgoing principal Jimmy Casas
This is a straightforward, factual account of action taken by the Bettendorf School Board. Where is the "spin," cubsfan? I submit you are confusing your personal feelings about these people with the facts that are available under a taxpayer funded gag order of an agreement.

Barb Ickes commented on Ickes: Did BHS principal Casas do anything wrong?

Barb Ickes commented on Ickes: Did BHS principal Casas do anything wrong?
Legit question. The re-audit has produced some policy and procedural revisions the Board is in the process of implementing. It disclosed some significant holes in several areas of district conduct and record keeping. That seems worthwhile.
