By Friday, more sunshine again combined with an extra kick in the wind out of the southwest should be enough to see daytime highs in the low to mid 80s. Friday evening plans should be no problem but I do see more clouds coming in later that night.
That is part of an approaching frontal boundary that is scheduled to arrive by Saturday morning. At this point, this front will have very little moisture and dynamics to work with . So, a shower or thunderstorm is still likely during the day on Saturday. It also appears that this is the only chance of wet weather I see for the rest of the weekend.
