Chris Jackson, better known as “BBQ Chris,” is serving up comfort food with his family tradition inside Beertini's, located at 3803 Rockingham Road in Davenport.
"My family has a long history in barbecue, going back to the 1960's. My grandmother’s brother founded the well-known Jim’s Rib Haven, bringing that experience to a new location inside Beertini's Bar and Grill, where I run CC&B Kitchen," Jackson said.
Over the years, Jackson has catered for a wide range of organizations and community groups, including the National Guard, the City of Davenport, and churches throughout the Quad Cities. Those experiences have allowed him to serve countless people while continuing to develop his own style and approach to food.
