What products or services does the business offer: Hard-served, made in Iowa ice cream. We will be serving ice cream scoops, sundaes, ice cream nachos, ice cream flights and ice cream floats. We will be serving eight flavors, which will be switched out periodically with seasonal flavors throughout the year. We will also have many toppings available that will also be periodically rotated throughout the year as well. We will post on our Facebook page specials that will be available during holidays and special events that we attend.

Why did you start or locate your business to where you are now? We knew we wanted to own a food trailer we just weren’t sure what route to go. We had a couple ideas, overall, we felt this one was the best for our community.
What would people be surprised to know about your business? That we cater events like weddings, graduations, birthdays, family reunions, employee appreciations, etc... Just contact us and we can see if we can host your event.
Any future plans for expansion or addition for your business? Yes, we are working towards opening a shop in the near future.

Where did you get the idea? We saw something similar on social media and thought we don’t have anything like this in our area.
What was the biggest hurdle you had to overcome? We had many hurdles getting the food trailer in an operational position for business. We have multiple local businesses to thank for repairing our trailer so we were able to obtain permits.
Is this your first business? Yes
To whom did you go for advice? We didn’t go to anyone specifically for advice, but we did exhaust many hours of research.
Is there anything else you would like your community to know about your business? We are trying to book community events all over the Quad-Cities and surrounding areas so we can bring our amazing ice cream to as many people as possible.
