GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Six Vikings have been named to the College Sports Communicators Men's At-Large Academic All-District team, the organization announced Tuesday. Oskar Bannister, Rhys Lomax of men's water polo, Eddie Resendez of men's lacrosse, Aidan Bolen of men's volleyball, and Braiden Young of men's wrestling were among those recognized.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Addison, a senior from Eads, Tenn., was a triple major in accounting, business analytics and business intelligence. He was the MPSF East Player of the Year and ACWPC All-America after he scored 40 goals, along with nine assists, 49 points and 23 steals in 16 regular-season games. In the national tournament, the senior scored three times, added an assist and recorded four steals. He also earned all-conference honors for four consecutive years, earning first-team honors this season. Addison was named a CSC Academic All-American earlier this year in swimming.
Bannister, a senior from Bainbridge Island, Wash., studied kinesiology and philosophy at Augustana. This season, he earned ACWPC All-America honors and was named to the second-team All-MPSF after leading the team in assists (20) and points (86). The senior is second on the team in steals with 35. In the national tournament, he tallied two goals, one assist and a steal.
Lomax, a junior from Johannesburg, South Africa, is a finance and data analytics major at Augie. He is a three-time all-conference selection, landing ACWPC All-America honorable mention for the Vikings this season. The junior scored in all games but three, with a season high of five against Washington & Jefferson, along with three assists for a total of eight points.
Resendez, a senior from Hoffman Estates, Ill., studied accounting, business management and marketing at Augustana. He started and played in all 15 games for the Vikings and finished the season with 14 goals, three assists, 17 points, 75 ground balls and won 111 faceoff attempts. Resendez earned a season high of 14 shots, three goals and one caused turnover in 61 minutes on March 28 at Washington & Jefferson.
Bolen, a senior from Allen, Texas, was a business finance major with a minor in accounting and Japanese. He finished his career with three records and finished the 2026 season with 224.5 points (3.25 points per set), 206 kills (2.99 per set), 107 digs (1.55 per set) and 45 blocks (0.58 per set). Bolen collected a season high of 19 kills on March 18 against Loras and 12 digs against Marian on Feb. 12.
Young, a junior from Coal City, Ill., is a kinesiology major at Augustana. He finished his season at the NCAA Men's Wrestling Regional No. 7 on Feb. 28, where he individually finished in the top 10. Young began his stay with two pins against Lakeland and St. John's (Minn.) before picking up another fall against UW-Platteville to advance to the third-place round to finish fourth.
Addison, Bannister and Lomax are now eligible for the CSC Academic All-American and will advance to the national ballot. The voting period will begin this week.
